I use this workbook in my counseling practice as a one-on-one anger management course. My clients have reported understanding the concepts and enjoying the simplicity of the worksheets to think differently about their behaviors. I believe this workbook allows you to 'resolve' what you are getting angry over instead of trying to manage the emotion of anger. Highly recommended!
