Anger Management 101, by Ugo Uche, is a very informative book on that covers not only what anger is, but why people become angry, and how we are taught to respond to anger. The author does a great job at giving his audience a solid foundation on the background information, allowing them to better understand the topic before diving into how to manage anger. Uche explains that anger will always be a part of us as humans, as it is one of our emotions, we just have to be able to recognize why it is that we become angry and control it.
I thought the cover of the book was an interesting choice, it’s simple and yet intriguing to its audience. It also speaks volumes on the topic, as a lion can easily be a tamable beast, but one wrong move could provoke the anger, or beast, within. The writing is very clear and straight forward, almost like reading a paper written for a class, or an essay. I also think that the information within the book is very well researched. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for tips on this topic, as Uche does a great job at explaining it. Great job to the author.

Taming the Beast Within
Although this book is straight forward, and very direct. It lacks a lot of substance to the information. At only seventy-two pages, it's a quick and easy read. This makes it a convenient read while on a plane or even during a lunch break. Everyone can take at least one fact from this book and apply it to their lives. I recommend this as a intro book to other anger management books. The cover does not match the contents, and could use a bit more excitement. Overall, I would rate this book at a 4/5.
