Pinnacle Book Achievement Award – 2015 Contemporary Romance Novella (1st Edition)

Our readers wanted more so here it is! The 2nd edition is a full length novel that combines the 3rd and 4th novellas from the 1st edition about Thad and Brianna with added story line. We love Thad and Bri and glad you do as well!

Thad never expected to find anyone who meant more to him than his best friend, Cassie. She was the one woman he loved enough not to sleep with. He was a player, but an honest one. Unfortunately, not everyone felt that balanced out his love 'em and leave 'em ways. He just didn't see a need to settle down — yet. Then, he met Brianna, who made him think about the future — a future with her — which was a new experience for Thad. Brianna is also a new kind of woman and convincing her that they have a future might just be the challenge of his life.

Brianna works through men like she works through her closet — seasonally. Any other way has always been trouble. When she meets Thad, she is thrilled. Not only does he intrigue and excite her, but he is just like her — noncommittal. He sets her on fire with his smooth talk and honest approach to dating. Even without being physical beyond a kiss, the thought of him makes her entire body hum. Except, Thad has gone and gotten attached to her in a way neither of them expected; attached in a way she simply cannot allow. Unfortunately, he won't allow their relationship to become physical until she surrenders her heart to him, which is a battle she isn’t sure she can win. The longer it lasts, the less sure she becomes of wanting it to.

Devoured this book last night, sooooooo in LOVE with Thad. I really enjoyed books 1&2 of the series and was really excited to see a side character focused on in the last 2 books. Thad really is everything you could want in a man, assuming you like handsome, charming, sweet AND genuine all in one man. Which I would love to find. But back to the book, lol. The characters are funny and ever though these are all novellas they are written so well that you really care about the characters. That's not to say I wouldn't want to read a standard novel with them in it, especially Thad, but I didn't feel slighted in terms of content despite it being a smaller boolk. Dan and Cassier were sweet and fun, made you want to fall in love - the old fashioned way. Thad and Brianna are hot and intense and make you want to fall in love - over and over and the into bed! LOL Sexual tension to the MAX! OMG! LOVE the series, and it just gets better with every book. Kelly Rae - keep them coming!!!!!!! <3

Thad decided women were more fun before he caught them because then he got bored and wanted a new adventure. Cassie was Thad’s best friend In college Cassie was the one woman Thad had respected too much to sleep with even though he was attracted to her. Cassies and Thads friendship had been more important to Thad. Cassie had always been at Thad’s side. Cassie had been hired to be the photographer at a wedding thad was there with Cassie as her assistant. Cassie had always been ‘girl, his favorite person in the world. Love didn’t frighten Cassie she was a relationship type of girl. Cassie had a crush on Dan and Thad felt Dan felt the same way. The next wedding Cassie is at Dan talks to Cassie and eventually kisses her and Cassie was very excited. Cassie has an exhibit of her photos with a whole wall. Dan was there with Cassie but Thad was also there and meets Dan’s younger sister Bri who is a beauty. Bri told Thad she had a project she needed his help with but Thad wasn’t very happy when he finds out Bri wants him to help her turn Dan’s home into a sex den. Cassie had pulled Thad aside when Bri and Dan went to talk. Cassie told Thad she got to know Bri and warned Thad Bri was like him only she didn’t always lead to a break up . usually just one day she dumped the gut she was seeing no reason, no excuse, she just walked away. Bri had already warned thad not to fall in love with her. As time goes on Thad thinks of bri becoming more of a long term relationship even a future with. I liked the story a lot. I loved Thad’s and Cassie’s relationship and how they could depend on each other.i love that Cassie got the man she wanted. This had a good plot and I thought it funny had Thad finally falls for someone just like him if not a little worse. This is a cute story. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this story and i recommend.
