I bought this paperback book in order to do a quick review of 1st year college-level physics so I could help my son with studying for his AP Physics exam. I figured that since I'm an MIT graduate with a BS in physics that I could skim this guide quickly as a refresher -- and I *was* able to go through it quickly -- and find over a dozen different sections with typos in key equations, mismatched text and equations (different symbol notations), and a general lack of explanation of the material. Try Physics 1 or Dummies and Physics 2 for Dummies -- much better writing, and much fewer mistakes in the material.

The book came with spin in ok shape but not great and some pages had food stuck to them.
