Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits - One of my absolute favorite uses of apple cider vinegar is the apple cider vinegar detox. It’s actually the same daily use of the apple vinegar diet or the apple cider vinegar drink that you can have up to three times each day, except in a detox program you take it for a couple of days combined with a very healthy and lower calorie menu. Weight loss is a natural part of a detox program, but it can become a problem when relied on too long for weight loss. A detox calorie level is too low to sustain muscle growth, so without a sufficient amount of calories, the body loses fat and muscle. I like a 2 day or maybe 3 day detox, but there are longer 7 day and 10 day detoxes.

There are so many apple cider vinegar benefits that it has been called a 'wonder' food. It clears the skin, gets rid of moles and skin tags painlessly, and has antiseptic properties. ACV is a product I keep in my refrigerator like people keep aspirin in their medicine cabinet.

This fresh, cold, organic and unfiltered apple cider vinegar diet drink actually tastes good. I just love how I feel and the control it gives me regarding my food choices. My cravings disappear and for anyone who has been a slave to food desire, when the cravings are gone, it feels like a gift from God!

The are many, many apple cider vinegar uses that make this product a wonder food. For centuries the benefits have been handed down within families. Some are old wives tales with little proof, but others are easy to prove benefits that you can put in to your own health and wellness diet, skin care, and food programs.

Why is it worth having apple cider vinegar in the diet regularly?
Because it helps to alkalize the body, and a body that is more alkaline than acid is protected from the development of certain diseases. Possibly this is why certain cancers don’t remain, but this is definitely an apple cider vinegar benefit that is worth scientific testing.

I thought I would check this book out by reading the free sample copy.......not worth it if you cant get at least 15 to 20 pages. I got to read a whole 8 pages and that was not even enough to tell me if I want to purchase it at all. Stupid
