Jo Fontana lives in Denver, Colorado with her family and special needs pets. She is a member of the Colorado Authors' League. She is the author of Approaching Darkness, a collection of short stories, which contains the award-winning story, “The Plant Lady”. She also contributed to the Colorado Authors' League Prompts for Young Writers which was created to assist teachers and students during the pandemic. Her novel, Gods of the Bay, was a finalist in the 2021 CAL Awards. She recently completed her next novel, Brotherhood of Blood, which is available now.
