The author does a great job setting a conversational tone while describing complicated information. She goes through ingredients in energy drinks and thoroughly explains each ingredient, why it's in the energy drink, and the effect on the body. She offers great alternatives to drinking energy drinks. After reading this book, I feel like energy drinks can be beneficial, but they shouldn't play an every day role in my life. I highly recommend this book.
