More than 10 million readers have been captivated by Eugene Peterson's The Message, widely heralded as the most invigorating and challenging translation of the Bible in decades. Now selected verses from The Message are combined with riveting excerpts from his best-selling writings for a compelling study of what abundant living is all about. As he boldly writes, a goal of cultural success falls short of God's invitation to embark on a joyous, fulfilling journey. His words challenge, chasten, exhort, and encourage readers to daily move toward a truly meaningful life. Are You Talking to Me, God? makes a great graduation gift.
