Arlo Felling Exists by RC Tiernan

Arlo G. Felling the Second has had a strange life. Coming from a religious family and having an early encounter with sasquatch, he's not entirely sure what to believe or what exists.

He's been in pursuit of Bigfoot for a large portion of his life and he thinks that he is really close to catching the Stink Ape this time (though he would prefer to not call it that, as it comes off a little rude). What will happen if he finally has another encounter with the missing link?

Originally picked to be a short story in the anthology Mondo Sasquatch, Arlo Felling Exists was a story without a home when it was apparent that the anthology book wasn't being released. Almost two years after the projected release date of the book, you can now finally join Arlo in his adventure to find Bigfoot!

About the Author

Making weird situations in weird worlds, has always been my aim with stories. I enjoy stories that put characters into very strange or fantastical instances who don't always have control over the outcome.

I've always had a hard time believing that destiny exists; life has always felt more happenstance. I've never eaten a donut while thinking "Wow, I was meant to eat this donut..." Then, after that, go on to free captive refugees in a third world country because the donut had a note inside it telling me I was the chosen one and this was my destiny.

However, the happenstance of encountering Bigfoot and then having a deja vu moment during a confrontation with him later in life seems more likely to me (like in Arlo Felling Exists). Especially when Bigfoot has such an incredible secret that he's hiding.
