I bought this album when it was released, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although it has rather a 60s hippy / folky feel to it, the songs are very enjoyable and there are also two show tunes mixed in Love Changes Everything (this version is different from Sarah’s other recordings of it) and the hippy style Good Morning Starshine from Hair. The first track “The River Cried” has to be my favorite track but the album has a feel good mood to it, although there could be more songs. There is a great 60s cover from the 60s band Love in the form of Alone Again Or. There is one track that was co-written by Lloyd Webber (Sarah’s ex) which is “Take My Life” and another two track co-written by 60 s star Phil Everly “Brown Eyes” and “ Bowling Green”. Also a track by recording artist Aimee Mann, although never recorded by her by the name of “Yesterday” (as far as I know). As an early Sarah Brightman fan I do recommend this album.
