I could not put this book down once I started reading it. Jennifer, like many other women, want both a successful career and romance. Does she end up with both? Well you will have to read the book to find out. There are many shocking twists that will surprise you. You wont be disappointed.
The Assassin Who loved Her is a story about a journalist named Jennifer Long who begs her Washington, D.C. newspaper editor for a challenging assignment. She gets her chance when he lets her write about a vigilante-type serial killer called the Assassin. When the killer threatens her life and forces the newspaper to shut down, she moves to Connecticut and develops new problems. Her boyfriend Tim is sometimes cruel and demanding. He provides for her well, but she doesn't love him or trust him. He is an airplane pilot who, unknown to her, is mixed up with a group of smugglers and thieves. The only person Jennifer can trust is her college roommate Brenda who lives nearby. Then, one night Jennifer meets John, a former FBI agent who is on the trail of the Assassin. When they fall in love, you feel Jennifer will be OK. But she also falls for his twin brother, Jason, an actor, thinking he and John are the same person. Then she must choose between them. In the meantime, she must survive being stalked by the Assassin 'who develops a crush on her', threatened by a stalker 'who is jealous and wants Jason', death threats from the thieves and smugglers 'who want the money and jewels Tim has hidden away', and other things. But Jennifer survives all, and she comes out on top. I loved the end of this novel! It was perfect. Everything was as it should be. It's a great book. Grab a copy quick!
