About the Author

I am a southern woman, born and bred. I love sweet tea, cats, and warm, sunny weather. Growing up as a child of blind parents gave me a unique perspective of life. Watching my parents struggle to overcome adversity in order to provide a normal life for me and my brother, I learned the meaning of tenacity, self-reliance, independence, grace, and the true importance of family. I am a glass-half-full girl, to my very core. I have always been an avid reader. Getting lost in a good book is one of my favorite things. I have spent my life writing in my head. And now, I am sharing with everyone else ~

A "must have" for your summer reading list. There are a lot of "romance" novels out on the market, but first-time author Scarlett Hartgrove has put her new book at the front of the pack. Characters are finely fleshed-out, and each has a back-story worth knowing. Don't let the length of this book fool you - it's a quick read and hard to put down!! HIGHLY recommended!
