This book could be an invaluable resource for you if you suffer from panic attacks, and it is something I definitely wish I had read earlier. This book is step by step and comprehensive in how to deal with panic attacks. It does not talk down to the reader, but at the same time is very approachable and conversational. I think the book has a lot of great advice presented in a very helpful way. It didn't feel overwhelming. I really valued that this book includes a section about medication, and that medication can be useful for some people with anxiety. A lot of books disregard medication entirely, and I think that's a mistake, so I'm glad that this book presents it as the option it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this book to someone who experiences panic attacks or has an anxiety disorder.
This book is pretty thorough and easy to read. It really shows you why the techniques work. This has already begun to help me.
