Saleh Hussain, MBA, is a Bahraini National with a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Brunel University in the United Kingdom. He has been in banking since 1970 and held number of senior positions in the sector such as CEO of banks and deputy chairman of the Bahrain Bankers Society. He is a successful author and leading expert on corporate governance. He has authored a number of books on the subjects of corporate governance, social responsibility and management. His latest books are Corporate Governance: Middle Eastern Perspective (2007); Corporate Governance: Quantity Versus Quality, Middle Eastern Perspective (2009); and Corporate Governance: A Guide for Boards and Senior Executives towards Implementing Corporate Governance in Bahraini Companies (2011).
