About the Author

Bestselling author Sariah Wilson has never jumped out of an airplane or climbed Mount Everest, and she is not a former CIA operative. She is, however, madly, passionately in love with her soul mate and is a fervent believer in happily ever afters—which is why she writes romances like the Royals of Monterra series. After growing up in Southern California as the oldest of nine (yes, nine) children, she graduated from Brigham Young University with a semiuseless degree in history. The author of #Starstruck, she currently lives with the aforementioned soul mate and their four children in Utah, along with three tiger barb fish, a cat named Tiger, and a recently departed hamster who is buried in the backyard (and has nothing at all to do with tigers). Loved It I won a copy of this book from Goodreads giveaways, I was not required to give favorable review. She was 13 and a freshman in high school. He was a senior and the star quarterback. He was in her sister class and they use to play video football together. He saw her as a little sister. She wrote him a love letter then asked him to the Sadie Hawkins dance which he declined but his friend posted her letter for everyone to see. Now 10 years later she has an assignment to prove he isn't a virgin. But they have both grown up.

Another amazing story from falling in love with the famous person. This time it is Ashton who wants to become a sports announcer falls in her biggest enemy and an NFL player Evan. Ashton is prepared to do everything to destroy her former teenage love/tormentor but she didn't count on falling in love again. She was assigned to prove that Evan is not virgin but instead gave again her heart and lost it again. A great funny, steamy slow-burning love story in which we don't see the final act of consuming their love. The story flows smoothly, romanticly, funny with great characters. Loved the great gesture at the end. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

Ashton Bailey has an opportunity to grab the job she's wanted since she was a child: to be the first female sports announcer for her family's favorite NFL team, the Portland Lumberjacks. She wanted to do it not only for herself, but for her grandmother, who had also aspired to be a sportscaster but was never able to fulfill her dream. She has the education, skills and deep knowledge of football to do an outstanding job. But could a woman ever get a chance at such a coveted role? While working as an intern at a large sports network, Ashton's boss throws down this challenge. If any of the interns can prove that the team's quarterback--Evan Dawson--isn't as wholesome and innocent as he portrays himself--they will be given a permanent full time job. "Someone in this room is going to prove that Evan Dawson is not a virgin," her boss states. That should be easy, right? After all, what NFL football player could keep to a vow of no sex before marriage, especially when he's surrounded by beautiful women all the time? Ashton knows she can easily dig up the dirt on Evan, especially since she knows the real man behind the persona. She went to high school with him, and was the victim of one of his pranks that ruined her reputation and high school years. Payback for that prank would just be icing on the cake. But once she becomes reacquainted with Evan, she learns the truth about that high school prank, and finds herself falling for his charms. Then she'll have to make a decision -- give up the job of her dreams, or give up the man of her dreams? This is the fifth book by Sariah Wilson that I've read, and I love them all. She does a great job writing the banter and playfulness that occur between her hero and heroine. At the same time, she gives you a peek into the depth of their personalities. You feel like you are a friend of the main characters and actually participating in the story as it develops. Although I'm not a football fan (and usually avoid stories built around football), I still loved this book! Wilson makes the story about the characters and their growth, both personal and as a couple. It's one of those books that you wish wouldn't end!

It's always interesting to pick up a book in the middle of a series when you haven't read any of the books before it and Sariah Wilson is a new to me author but the blurb had me wanting to read #Awestruck so I took a chance. This book can absolutely be read as a stand a lone and I had no trouble getting into the story. Evan and Ashton have a great chemistry and a really enjoyable story-line that kept the interest flowing and the pages turning. I'm looking forward to going back and reading the other books in the series and more by Sariah Wilson.

Ashton and Evan what a couple, I have become a Sariah Wilson fan, I love all of her books in the series and this one was amazing. NFL quarterback and the girl from his old high school, second chance romance with misunderstandings, self growth and forgiveness. I can also suggest the audiobook which is amazing, did I say that they are both KU and whispersync? You will love this characters for sure.

Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..(netgalley) We meet Ashley who is interning in a news radio I am thinking something like ESPN, she knows that there are not many woman in her field and she is anxious and hungry for this position. Her boss wants a story to put them on the map, she is also a female whose father and grandfather are the owner of this station but want her to prove herself. This boss wants a story proving that quarterback Evan Dawson is a virgin and Ashley sees this as her chance not only in getting recognized but also getting revenge on Evan. Years ago while she was in high school she had a crush on Evan and she thought he felt the same way, she wrote him a letter that he gave to his friends and she was mocked and bullied. While Ashley is working to get the nitty gritty on Evan he seems to be attracted to her and she ends up finding out what she thought all those years ago was not as is. Does the boss reaction seem normal? What will Evan do when he finds out? The story was ok but I didn't think that he would do what he did in the end after ignoring her for so long.

4 1/2 stars of so much #awestruck fun! I always forget how much I like Sariah Wilson's books when I'm not reading them--OMG, she really knows how to write! This one had me swooning almost as much as it did snickering, and clutching at my chest in despair more than once. Ashton and Evan's story was simply wonderful. I loved that he was her unrequited love from high school--they'd been friends, but he actually ran with her older sister's crowd and was five years older--and that he wasn't really as evil as she'd been thinking he was for ten years. (I knew he wasn't! But for the story's sake I was glad she hadn't listened to him when he'd tried to explain before. Because, the story was so good. I don't know if I mentioned that before. Plus, I *may* have been known to hold a grudge or two in my time as well, so I totally got her motivation there.) It was pretty clear from the start that Ashton's hatred of Evan wasn't going to last--I mean, seriously, the guy was amazing. And clearly absolutely gone on Ashton. But she messes up big time--and even while I was despairing at what she was doing, I still absolutely got why she was doing it--and (eventually, after a kick in the pants from all the women in her family--who oh my God I loved them all so much) tries to make things right again, and OMG. I just don't have words for what happens next. You. Must. Read. This. One. Did I mention it was SO GOOD? Rating: 4 1/2 stars / A I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Awestruck is the first book that I have read by this author and I must say that I was so impressed that I've already grabbed the first two books in the series and can't wait to dive in. In all honesty, the plot seemed a tad bit corny but it was certainly unique and the author made it work amazingly well. The story drew me in from the start and I finished it very quickly. I adored Ashton and Evan and even wanted to yell at Ashton. "Just tell him already!" All in all, I adored this story and look forward to reading the first two books in the series.

What an addictive read! I was hooked from the very beginning and I just couldn’t make myself put the book down. Ashton and Evan might have known each other when they were younger; Evan might have humiliated Ashton in high school but when Ashton is given the opportunity to find the inside scoop about Evan’s virginity status, she decides that she wants to get well deserved revenge. Even though Ashton and Evan started on the wrong foot, they realize that second chances do exist. Awestruck was a fun read and I can’t wait to read more of Sariah Wilson’s books. ***Received this ARC by NetGalley as an exchange for an honest review.

Charming & Entertaining! Everything about this storyline and these characters captivated me. The inner dialogue is diabolically entertaining. Evan and Ashton are charming together. Their personalities, their conversations, their chemistry...yum! I was held captive from the first page until the last. Unable to stop reading, to put this story down. This was so well written, and boy did I ever fall in love. Full of quick, witty banter, Lol moments as well as heartfelt goodness. So sweet, so charming, so captivating. Every moment spent with these characters was an ultimate pleasure. I had belly flutters, little electric sparks zapping me as I read. I Loved this story! I can’t recommend it enough. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Sariah Wilson is a fabulous writer. Her characters are well-developed and easy to get to know. Even though I prefer a helping of spice with my romance, this clean love story kept me engaged from beginning to end. Although it is difficult to ascertain that an extremely successful pro football player could be a virgin at almost thirty years old in this day and age, Ms. Wilson makes it work. #Awestruck is the third book from the #Lovestruck series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. Ashton Bailey loves professional football and is an avid fan of her local pro team. One day she hopes to call the games, but first she has to pay her dues as she works her way up the sportscaster ladder. She presently works for an ESPN like station as an unpaid intern, and hopes to get a full-time job with them when her internship is completed. Unfortunately, her boss is a real psycho and wants her to expose one of the NFL's greatest quarterbacks, Evan Dawson. Evan inadvertently hurt and humiliated Ashton way back when, so naturally Ashton is on board with her boss's request. As Ashton tries to get the story, she and Evan develop feelings for each other and fall in love. This story is well-written and the characters are well-defined. I formed an immediate connection with both Ashton and Evan, in addition to the secondary characters. Their feelings for each other developed at a wonderful pace and their time together was quite seductive. In addition, Ashton's young niece had some hilarious moments. Overall, this is an entertaining novel that should be added to your TBR list. Complimentary copy provided by the publisher via NetGalley.

OMG, I LOVED this book!!!! This is a wonderful romance between two people that have a great deal of history together....the bad kind of history driven by teenage bullies and angst. When circumstances bring them together again, their relationship develops over a tapestry of lies. I loved the characters and was totally in love with their story. I felt invested in their lives and found myself wanting them to get their HEA ending. This book made me vacillate between smiling and being sad, but most importantly, feeling for the characters. This novel is a must read for fans of the genre. The author is on my must read authors' list

With her lifelong dream dangling in front of her, Ashton Bailey is determined now more than ever to get her hands on it and live the dream... but one thing stands in her way, ridiculously sexy NFL quarterback Evan Dawson. He is a blast from her past, that broke her heart, and she sees this little re-introduction of their's as a way to exact a little revenge too. Her boss wants dirt on the seemingly perfect quarterback, and she wants to make him pay a little for breaking her heart, but nothing could have prepared her for what is about to happen next!! Between the pages of this delightful novel lies a story about a couple who finds themselves at odds, one wants revenge, and the other wants to make amends. Ashton is out to protect her heart and get her dream job, and Evan wants to make up for the wrongs of the past and get the girl of his dreams. It's a hard fought battle to see which one of them will win out, and whose dreams will come true... and a fun little battle to watch unfold. I really enjoyed the story I found here, it was a first time read that impressed on several fronts, the words were well crafted and heartwarming, and the characters were entertaining and came with a very realistic feel. Highly recommend you check you it out, it's sweet, swoony, and good for the heart! I requested an advanced copy of this title from NetGalley, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

#Awstruck is an entertaining sports romance in Sariah Wilson’s #Lovestruck series and it can be read as a standalone. While the story is somewhat predictable I enjoyed this witty, humorous, romantic book. Ashton is a dedicated and humorously sarcastic heroine. I loved her as a character. She is pursuing a career that is dominated by men and seizes an opportunity that will help her get ahead all while enacting revenge on the star quarterback and her former tormentor, Evan. Evan aka “Awesome Dawson” is quite the gentleman in that he is kind, loving, romantic, sexy, and supportive of Ashton. Evan was portrayed as the perfect gentleman and at times he almost seemed too perfect to me. Nonetheless, I loved his character and he would be the ideal book boyfriend. The question is, is Evan truly what he seems? The two of them together make a great couple - they compliment each other in every way and you cannot help but want them to get their HEA. Two things that I would have liked to have seen in the book are 1. an epilogue and 2. a few chapters from Evan’s POV as I would have enjoyed getting a glimpse of his thoughts and emotions. #Awestruck moves at a good pace with no parts that lag. I loved the secondary characters - especially Ashton’s sisters and Nia. This book has a HEA with no cliffhanger. I received this book for free.

#Awestruck by Sariah Wilson a five-star read that you will find awesome. This is the third novel in the #Lovestruck series, but they can be read as stand-alone as this is the first one, I’ve read and I don’t feel like I’ve missed anything, however I have gone back and ordered the first two as I enjoyed this one so much. Evan ‘Awesome’ Dawson is a great man, he may not have always been that way, but we will see eventually. All he has to do is prove that he is as honest as his game. Ashton Bailey is trying to prove that that he isn’t as honest and straight as he proposes. Que hilarity and openness that wills shock and secrets that will have your heart sinking. This was such a sweet read that I can’t wait to go back and read the first two.
