Overview

It’s been less than a month since Batman killed the Joker. But a few weeks is more than enough time for Harley Quinn to start a war of vengeance. It’s a war that is taking too many lives on both sides of Gotham’s City’s hero versus villain divide, so Barbara Gordon comes up with a plan.
