I found this book informative, easy to understand and rewarding. You can start learning and using signs the first time you open it. The babies are not signing back to me but they certainly pay more attention when I talk and sign at the same time. I feel they definitely know this is a special form of communication and I am thrilled to have been introduced to this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to take the time to learn a new way to establish a bond with their newborn.

This book is a pretty concise for parents who are interested in signing with their babies. My little one isn't quite old enough, but I am interested in trying this out. I also really love the language, emotional, social, and cognitive developmental description by babies age. I'm glad I bought it.

I enjoy using this book with my grandson, to teach him new words and help him communicate. His favorite words are more and milk. Cute. We are working on others like water, dog and cat. It is wonderful to see him grow and learn new things and me too.

Great way to get you started on signing. Also, help any people who are skeptical about signing to get pro's and con's and fact based information to help them to decide.
