What are some of your favorite recipes from Bake from Scratch ? "I love the Gâteau Basque and the Beaumes-De-Venise Cake with Apricots. But the Gâteau Basque has got to be my all time favorite that I’ve baked at home. It’s the simplicitysimplicity not in technique but in it’s flavor, presentation, and appearance. I love the custardy center and the cakey crust on top and bottom. I love the whole experience of it."
