I love this book! Great & Easy recipes - explains the techniques and ingredients. Many different types of things you can bake. Very good.
I read a lot of cookbooks and I do a lot of cooking. What made this book stand out from the crowd was the way Malgieri gets into the nitty gritty of techniques. I'm at present trying to decipher and old box of recipes from my Dad and was stumpped on his method of making brioche. This book walked me through the process to rave reviews from hungry family members. Whether you're a beginning baker or you just want to tweak your technique, I would highly recommend this book
