If you are person with Celiac Sprue or a Health Nut. You just want an amazing doughnut. This is a great Doughnut Cook book. I was buying it, because I have a doughnut baking pan, but when I realize all the recipes were Gluten-Free. A lot better. I have made the Buttermilk doughnuts. They were delicious. The Almond Flour is costly, but it is worth it. I plan to make the lemon cure or apple cider next.
