I have been searching for a really great baking cookbook for breads for a long time. There are so many out there that it is difficult to find one that is concise and still has a variety of options. Be prepared to take the time to make fabulously flavorful baked goods. I am in love with the whole grain breads. I no longer buy bread from the store!
