About the Author

This book has excellent examples of real people and real success (without gimicks). I recommend this if you want to try a new way of taking care of yourself that actually works!

Excellent book that gives guidance on how to eat to be healthy and achieve your weight goals, whether to gain, lose, or maintain. Great recipes and ideas for days laid out that ensure you're getting enough iron, calcium, fiber, etc. I highly recommend this book.
