I was thinking I was purchasing a recipe book to make some raw and some cooked - but all healthy foods.  What I got instead was an informative and thoughtful education about RAW foods and how to listen to what my body needs and how to treat it better.. PLUS AMZING RECIPES, seriously  recipes that I would have never dreamed of and have never seen online or in other books before.  I have bought 3 copies of this book so far to share with friends and family. I'm very happy and impressed.
