The drama in this volume is over quickly and violently with character death. The whole rest of the book is guerilla warfare with little break from the violence. It's fun to see Ash thwart Papa Dino again and watch Yut-Lung become more active, but with more action than story, this is not one of my favourite volumes in the series. In spite of the fact it shows Ash and Eiji starting to grow closer than friends-in-arms.
