Well, I must say, as a current resident of D.C., I never realized we actually had a 'scene' here. It's kind a depressing, especially if your in a punk band, to have no one to really share your love of that music. But in the early 80's, whoa, watch out now. Bad Brains, Minor Threat are just a few of the names you'll see in this book, along with lesser known bands, like the Teen Idles and, uh, well i forget the other names, but that's not the point. The point is this book kicks with grimy black and white photos, amusing stories, and enought attitude to make Johnny Rotten proud.
