About the Author
Maggie Ball has 20 years of experience in quilt making. She loves teaching, lecturing and traveling and has taught quilting to low-income Mongolian women as well as 850 children in Bainbridge Island schools. She is a Northern California Quilt Council certified show judge and is the author of three other quilting books, Creative Quilting with Kids (2001), Patchwork and Quilting with Kids (2003) and Traditional Quilts with a Twist (2006). She resides in Bainbridge Island, Washington.
