This is one of the top 2 or 3 "sales" books I have read.  It goes beyond sales and goes deep into mindset, which is really the make or break for anybody selling.  This is a must read and the chapters are a perfect progression.  The early chapters deal with the psychology and the research and the behavioral psychology of how to achieve what you want to achieve Highly Recommended
