This is a terrible text book. The example that are given are poorly explained for a text book titled BASIC finance...I end up having to research the financial concepts elsewhere in order to get through the homework problems. On the flip side, if you have taken finance courses in the past or have a background in finance, then this text would likely make perfect sense to you...for me, not so much.
Not sure if its the book or just my aptitude for finance, but I can't wrap my head around a darn thing this book says. Blah Blah Blah is all I am reading. I read articles about finance online and that is all that is getting me through this class. Bummed I had to pay so much money for a class and book that I am getting nothing out of.
