Bathtub Yoga and Relaxation Bookby Marjorie Jaffe, Barbara Isenberg (Joint Author), Majorie Jaffe
The bath is a sanctuary -- a peaceful place to relax and let go of tension; a private space to clean away everything on your mind and take time to unwind. For many, taking a bath is synonymous with stress relief. Japanese soaking tubs have been popular for centuries, and today Jacuzzis and hot tubs are showing up everywhere. A warm bath is also great for relieving the discomfort of back pain.
Whether you start your morning with a bath or look forward to a pleasant soak in the evening, why not combine the everyday experience of bathing with yoga, meditations, and gentle stretching? The routines in this book will enhance your bath time and slow your body's rhythm. And the use of scented oils, natural lighting, and peaceful sound can fill all your senses and add to the pleasure of bath time.

What I really enjoyed was the breathing exercises. The poses are nice too but I don't really have a big enough tub. Has some fun aromatherapy info as well. Good for a Yogi who has read every other book.
