I found the chapters very easy, clear, and filled with common sense. The real-world examples used to defend the arguments given were really quite good. The author's enthusiasm and energy towards leadership and work in general was obvious. It would be hard for anyone to drift through 'Be A Great Boss' without finding some very elucidating islands.
