Overview

Beautiful Entourage (Beautiful Entourage #1) by E. L. Todd

Being a professional escort comes with its vices. To keep women from getting too clingy, stop them from dropping their panties, and silence them before they can blurt the L word, Rhett has made certain rules. He never breaks them.

Ever.

1. No Kissing.
2. No Feelings.
3. And definitely, absolutely, no sex.

But when Aspen, a beautiful brunette, hires him to help repair her image to her family, things get complicated. Rhett's never had a problem separating work from pleasure. But now work and pleasure seem to be one and the same.

About the Author

E. L. Todd was raised in California where she attended California State University, Stanislaus and received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, then continued onto her master’s degree in education. While science is interesting and a hobby, her passion is writing. After writing novels as a small child, her craft grew until she found the confidence to show her closest friends—which is how Only For You, the first installment of the Forever and Always series, and the Soul Saga series began. When she isn’t reading or writing, she is listening to indie rock music. Her current favorite artist is Mumford and Sons, whom she credits most of her inspiration for her novels. She also enjoys running and swimming, as well as working as a high school teacher. She also works as an assistant editor at Final-Edits.com. She has an unusual obsession with dogs, even though she doesn’t own one, and her favorite vacation spot is Disneyland, which she visits several times a year. The most important aspect of her life is her friends, whom contributed so much time and energy into all of her novels. According to E. L. Todd, “Without them, Only For You and Soul Catcher never would have come to fruition. I am theirs forever.”

I smiled the entire read. Strong heroine. Sexy and respectful hero. Love rooting for characters and looking forward to a series vs feeling duped or trapped into one.

The 302 pages are a trick. There are two stories. The first one is a full story but do not continue into the second one! I thought with over 100 pages that this ws a box set... but it is a cliffhanger!!! The initial story could have be resolved better, but it isn't really a cliffhanger... the style of writing is to leave the story open ended... I am not going to look for more books written by this author.

I was chosen to be part of group of test readers to receive her series free of charge for an honest review. I can tell you now that this first book in her series does not dissapoint! This romance novel is not your same run of the mill knock off. It is original and draws you in from start to finish, I love the characters in this book and her fresh take on romance that doesn't seem like a knock off of something else that has already been put into the shelves. We as readers find that happen often when we pick up a book and start reading, just to find out that it seems as though a book was written to mimic someone else's work. This book and it's writer are truly original, and an absolute thrill to read. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed to buy this book! Thank you E.L. Todd for being one of a kind and 100% original. Time to start book # 2.

I love this series of books. Love the characters. E. L. Todd made each character come to life. I could feel their emotions. I laughed out loud. My eyes would tear up. I would gasp. I don't want to give anything away about the story. I would find myself taking one character's side over the other. E. L. Todd did and exelent job in making the reader feel these emotions. Such a good read. These books I will reread again and again.

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian I Dig Good Books. **Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review.** Aspen works the job that she loves doing, researching for a new clean energy that won’t hurt the environment and the climate change. She hates her boss, who also happens to be her Dad. He only offers her the company if she can find a man who he approves of and won’t embarrass him. How was she going to do that in a hurry? Rhett is the perfect gentlemen and can be whatever else you need him to be. He was perfect for the job and she only needed him a short while. Could this continue with no feelings for Aspen to take the company over? Rhett had no problems becoming attached to any of his “dates” but would this time be different? I enjoyed this book immensely. There were several times the relationship between Rhett and Aspen made me giggle or truly laugh out loud and maybe almost spit pop all over my kindle. They have great chemistry and make the book enjoyable! Aspen’s father was cruel, mean, and incredibly hurtful. When it came time to a scene with him, I cringed because I knew the type of things that would happen. It was heartbreaking. Then there would be a scene with Harper or Rhett that would lift your spirits back up, it was great. Even though the scenes with Aspen’s Dad were hard to read these were incredibly important. This book teaches you that family does not always have to be blood. Family is with whomever you want it to be as long as you are loved and love back. Love is not hurtful. Love empowers us to do things that sometimes we don’t want to do, in which case Aspen finally did. It was a powerful message and I hope it’s a message that other readers grasp and accept. There is no doubt in my mind as to whether you should read this book. Of course you should! Of course there are dark moments and hard to read scenes but the overall feeling in this book is happiness, love, and moving forward with ones life.

Beautiful Entourage was a thoroughly enjoyable, fast read. It's been a while since I've randomly picked up a book and enjoyed reading it as much as I did with this. Even better yet, it didn't cost me a penny!

E.L Todd has created a narrative with an interesting enough premise. However, the story falls flat with poor writing, weak charachters and pointless aspirations. Writing is done in 1st person which would be alright if it was done correctly. Take this review with a grain of salt. I think this book was a waste of time.

I really enjoyed reading this book! It's nice to read a book where a friendship is formed first. It's hard to find books these days like that. Loved both main characters, but disliked Troy so I'm not so sure I'll get the next story.

I liked this story. It was very heart-warming and even made me laugh at times. Aspen was very relatable and Rhett was a surprise. I hate everyone else but that's the point right? I won't spoil it, you'll see soon enough .
