From the author of Saving a Legend (“A deep and moving story about family, acceptance, and love.”—Katy Evans) comes another smoldering MMA romance featuring the Kavanagh brothers, the chiseled alpha males whose real legacy is love.

Kane Kavanagh has always had one goal: being the best mixed martial arts fighter alive. With the MMA National Championships in Las Vegas fast approaching, the man they call “Killer” has no intention of letting anyone or anything get in his way. Somehow, though, a feisty opponent has slipped beneath his guard—and stolen his heart. Fiery and passionate, Nora Hannigan is harder to pin down than any rival Kane has faced in the ring. And she isn’t afraid to tell Kane that she wants nothing to do with him.

With her best friend about to marry into the Kavanagh family, Nora has been resisting Kane’s shameless attempts at flirting for months. But after their undeniable chemistry finally takes over, leading to the hottest night of Nora’s life, she’s running scared. There’s a lot about her life Kane doesn’t know, and she won’t be responsible for ending his career. Now Kane’s out to prove that he’s ready for a commitment by winning her heart—and he’s never lost a fight.

Book 3 in the Kavanagh Legends series and this was the story I have been waiting for. Kane is a fighter who has a MMA national championship coming up, his sights are only set on winning but then the sassy passionate Nora entered his life and everything is about to change. Nora has to fight her attraction to Kane "Killer" Kavanagh she has too much else going on in her life, there is no time for romance but how can you avoid a man when your best friend is marrying his brother... This book has it all my emotions were all over the place, I laughed I cried and at times I wanted to bang their heads together plus there's some steamy hot sex going on. The Kavanagh family are a typical Irish family they will open their hearts to whoever one of the family loves., they are loud, loving and funny and this book makes you feel like part of the family Great read Received a copy from NetGalkey for an honest review

Another one of the delectable Kavanagh brothers is back in Becoming a Legend. This is the third book in the series, but it can be read as a complete standalone. Of course a reader would get deeper understanding of this families dynamics, values and the trials they have gone through so far if the books were read in order. Each book is just simply fantastic. The brothers are so dang hot in such individual ways. Kane is a cocky, arrogant MMA fighter who KNOWS he is sex on a stick. Nora is pretty darn strong woman herself and she has no problem telling Kane no when he makes passes at her. OK she has a hard time but he doesn't know that. The book has a few surprises and I swear I want a set of these brothers. They will make ovaries explode and panties melt. The writing is exceptional with seriously descriptive scenes that play the action right before your eyes. The sex scenes are off the charts hot. The Kavanagh family is what I always wanted growing up and they just get better! I can't wait for the next book in the series and I can't even decide who I want because I want them all!! This book is a highly recommended read and the series as a whole is a must read for anyone who loves MMA, Romance and a touch of Mafia in their lives.

3.5 stars The MMA love story is interesting book but I can not say That I loved it or say That was awesome. It is ok read maybe the reason is Because I did not read the first book in this series as I know I'm missing a lot of Questions about Kane's family and all the mob thinking. But all in all unpredictable story with suspense, develop good likable characters. Both Kane and Nora fell fast in love and I like that Both are fighting for Their love. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

BECOMING A LEGEND is the third installment in Sarah Robinson’s contemporary, adult KAVANAGH LEGENDS MMA erotic romance series focusing on the Kavanagh family of MMA fame. This is Kane ‘Killer’ Kavanagh, and psychology student Nora Hannigan’s story line. BECOMING A LEGEND can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary. Told from dual third person perspectives (Kane and Nora) BECOMING A LEGEND focuses on Kane’s upcoming championship MMA fight, and his building relationship with Nora Hannigan- a love/hate relationship that finds Kane offering a friends with benefits proposition that Nora readily accepts. But all does not go according to plan when Nora begins to have feelings for the man who finds his relationship with Nora a distraction from his ultimate goal. When Nora’s past threatens to destroy her hard-fought foray into higher education, Kane and his family immerse themselves into Nora’s life. What ensues is the building love between two people who continue to push at one another’s boundaries, and Kane’s decision that could destroy a career that he has fought for long and hard. The relationship between Kane and Nora begins acrimoniously. There back and forth banter is fraught with tension, sexual energy, and a passionate foreplay of give and take that hides a palpable attraction between our leading couple. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and hot. All of the previous story line couples, and the Kavanagh family play secondary and supporting roles including Rory and Clare, and Kane’s twin brother Kieran whose wedding to Fiona Doherty is high on the list of priorities for the Kavanagh family. The world building continues to focus on the sport of mixed-martial arts: the family involvement, the upcoming championship fight, and some of the behind the scenes irregularities and threats from an outside source. BECOMING A LEGEND is a sexy and sometime heartbreaking story about one woman’s struggle to keep one step ahead of the past; and one man’s battle between the woman he loves, and a championship he has worked towards his entire life. The premise is dramatic and intense; the characters are passionate and inspiring; the romance is intimate and provocative. BECOMING A LEGEND will intoxicate your senses, and leave you breathless for more.

This was a good read for me, I admit it was a bit slow for my liking but I did enjoy the story as well as the chemistry between Nora and Kane. The story did hold my interest and I am looking forward to more in the series.

Sarah Robinson has managed to create a world that I’m happy to return to with each book that she writes. This family is one of my favorite literary families of all time; each member brings something unique to the way the books connect with each other. This time around is all about Kane “Killer” Kavanagh, the fighter with a heart of gold and Nora the hard worker woman who steals his heart. If you are familiar with this series you already know or maybe picked up some vibes between these two in the past book and since I read those first interactions I knew they were going to make a great couple and I couldn’t wait to read how Sarah Robinson was going to bring all of that into play in their book. Sarah did not disappoint, this book is as heartfelt and real as the other ones in the series, the book is full of swoon worthy moments that made me smile like a crazy woman every time and we also have that sweet torture of waiting for our main characters to realize they are perfect for each other (my favorite part). The stakes are getting higher with each book in the series and I’m looking forward to the next one.

Kane and Nora start off on the wrong foot. Kane used cheesy pick-up lines when he first met Nora and it turned her off to him. Kane has prepared his whole life to be an MMA champion and finds himself on the cusp of realizing his dream. Nora is going to school and working a side-job to pay back gambling debts her mother owes. Nora allows her mother to walk all over her and use her for her own gains without calling her out on it. For a psychology student, Nora really did confuse me. Kane and she agree to a friends-with-benefits arrangement but that doesn't work out so well. Kane realizes that Nora's mother has been using her and doesn't hesitate to call Nora out on her allowing it to happen. Nora is so used to being left behind that she doesn't have much self-esteem at times. Kane has a difficult choice to make and chooses his dream at the behest of his brother's advice. Nora and Kane try to move on with their lives, but find themselves questioning choices that they have made. When Kane finally gets his head on straight, Nora will have to decide if she can trust him again. When his championship fight is threatened, Kane has to decide what comes first - his dream championship or Nora. You will have to read the book to find out what he chooses. I was given an ARC by NetGalley for an honest review.

One goal that is all he has had for a long time. Kane the Killer Kavanagh is about to get his shot at the title, something his brothers were not able to do. Nothing will get in his way, nothing until Nora became his. Nora, independent, responsible and in debt, because of her mother. The only thing she cwants is to graduate. The only things she craves is to be worthy of love and be loved, something she has given up on, until Kane claimed her. A beautiful romance of struggle, loyalty, love and family. This edition of the Kavanagh Legends in more than romantic, here we have Kane's twin brother moving on with his life marrying his love and moving out of Kane's apartment. Life is changing all around him, he is changing but he doesn't come to terms with it until he realizes that he might lose the one thing he should have been fighting for all along. Something worth more than a title.... His heart~ Nora. Men that will break your heart and heated up all in one amazing book!

Kane is now my favorite Kavanagh brother!! We've gotten a sneak peak of his relationship or lack there of with Nora in the previous book and I knew it'd be an interesting one. I was not let down. I was surprised to find out Nora was so young. Maybe it's the old fashioned name or her position at the youth center but I assumed she was older. Nora comes with her own set of issues and in true Kavanagh fashion, Kane wants to save her. The tension between them and the way they go at each other is so funny! Love these two.

LOVE the Kavanagh brothers & LOVE Kane. Don't miss Becoming a Legend. Becoming a Legend is the third book in Sarah Robinson's Kavanagh Legends series, and it's a wonderful addition to a great series. If you haven’t read the prior two books, you do not have to before reading Becoming a Legend - they are stand-alones - but you should! I love the Kavanagh family and the hero of this book, Kane, is both sexy and sweet. He's a little alpha, but he's also an all around nice guy. He and his brother's fiancée's best friend, Nora, have known each other for awhile and always seem to bicker when they are together - bicker as in flirt madly. It's obvious they're both very attracted to each other, but both have a lot on their plate and not really looking for love. Kane has a championship flight in the near future, and Nora has school and family issues. They can’t seem to help themselves and give into their attraction, but they can't deny that this more than just a physical thing. Becoming a Legend is interesting, the chemistry is hot and the love believable. Don't miss this book in the Kavanagh series. ARC provided by publisher via Netgalley, but no one made me write this review and my opinions are honest and my own.

Becoming a Legend by Sarah Robinson.....This book deserves 10 KO stars....I absolutely love all the Kavanagh men, but Kane is by far my favorite. This story has it all, with suspense, romance, drama, love, hot sex scenes, family and fantastic characters. Sarah Robinson creates the best characters I have ever read, always hot sweet heroes that take care of their women and heroines that are beautiful strong and independent. I loved this beautifully written story between Kane and Nora. They both have things they need to work through. Sarah Robinson is one of my favorite authors, you know that you are in for a treat with a wonderful story. I voluntarily reviewed an advance readers copy of this book.

***4 ‘All Strings Attached’ Stars*** I thank the voices in Ms. Robinson’s head that have created such an amazing family like the Kavanagh’s because without them Kane and Nora would have probably driven me to violence instead of simply batshit crazy. This isn’t to say I didn’t like them, I did, but holy hell these two… Kane and Nora are two peas in a pod and part of me wants to get into all of their issues, but that would turn this review into a dissertation and no one needs that, so you’ll just have to read the book to see what thoughts swirl about in their heads. What I will say is that they both question their self-worth. They constantly question if they are “good enough” and though I got it, I couldn’t wait for them both to get the kicks in the arses that got them to realize it wasn’t true because when they weren’t having pity parties they were both pretty amazing people. Dedicated and with generous hearts, they both want to give a helping hand to those who needed it and are protective of those they call their own. Their journey from enemies to lovers and their HEA is filled with a lot of ‘I want you’s but I can’t have you’s’ and while it did make my head spin and drive me batshit crazy, what saved them was when they let their walls down and forgot all the reasons they “couldn’t” be together, they were fun to be around. I liked their bantering and how they ended up being quite protective of each other. There were sweet and swoon worthy moments as well as hot smexy moments and I liked how they finally got their heads out of their arses (with a little help of course) and saw what was right in front of them the whole time. I’m a sucker for well written secondary characters, whether it be friends and/or family and keeping up to date with past couples and Ms. Robinson does a great job at both, which is one of the main reasons I follow this series. I’ve loved the Kavanagh clan from the start and how they are always in each others business. I love the insight and depth they add to the characters and the story, and how they feel like a family with all the crazy that goes with it. It took me a bit to get into the story in the beginning because things felt a little choppy, but things smoothed out and I really enjoyed it, even when I wanted to smack some sense into Kane and Nora. I loved catching up with the Kavanagh’s and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on Chasing a Legend! (Also as a side note: I wouldn’t be put out at all if we got Seamus and Dee’s story at some point, even if it’s a novella or something like that :D ) ~ Copy received from the publisher via NetGalley & voluntarily reviewed ~

I think this series keeps getting better and better. I adored Kane's story. He was the Kavanagh I knew the least about and what I did know was that he was cocky and brass. Turns out he wasn't those things at all. Definitely confident and determined, on a mission to be the best MMA fighter around. Now two months out from the fight that would seal that belief he needs to stay focused. Letting the feisty Nora Hannigan get to him in any way isn't acceptable but the chemistry between them isn't something he can easily ignore. Sometimes the heart and the brain don't communicate!! The writing and pace of the story are fantastic and these characters will win you over from the first page. I definitely recommend this one for everyone.

Sarah Robinson is fast becoming one of my favorite authors. I love this series and this cast of characters. The family dynamics, joys and sorrows is what keeps me coming back to the series and I can't wait for the next book. Kane Kavanagh is on the verge of the MMA championship when he realizes that Nora "Kitty" Hannigan is more then she seems and he can no longer ignore his feelings. Nora is working on her degree and has no time for a real relationship. t least that's what she says but truthfully she secretly fears that no one can love her since her own mother doesn't. Kane proses a superficial relationship not knowing the pain it causes Kitty and the depths of feelings neither thought they wanted. Also how dreams and goals change with life.

Kane "Killer" Kavanagh is the middle brother of the Kavanagh alpha males. Kane is the cocky, arrogant, ambitious, fun twin, and very much a womanizer. Nora Hannigan is a beautiful, petite, strong, confident, and feisty women with a sassy attitude. And it's game on between these two. The sarcastic bickering between Kane and Nora is their way of steamy flirting and it's absolutely hilarious. Kane is training for his turn to win the MMA Las Vegas National Championship after his older brother, Rory, lost it to a leg injury, and his twin brother Kieran's prison record. So this is the chance Kane has been waiting for to show his family he's not the invisible, middle brother. But Kane has to admit there is one more thing he wants, and that's Nora, only the beautiful blonde has been stonewalling him every time he tries to use his best player pickup lines on the feisty beauty, and it turns into a bickering match. Kane is thrown off his game when the fiery Nora shoots him down. No woman has ever turned the sexy MMA fighter down before, and now it's fight time—Kane always fought for what he wants, and he wants beautiful, stubborn Nora. The first time Nora sees Kieran's twin brother, Kane, she goes weak in the knees for the gorgeous man, but as soon as Kane opens his mouth and says, "Well hello kitty" it’s all over for Kane. Nora going to show Kane the self-centered, egotistical womanizer just how sharp her kitty claws are. Nora has had enough of dating the player, the cheater, the men who are selfish jerks, who only focus on their own ambitions and make her feel less than. Nora is so done with men like Kane, that she thinks he's just another shallow player. She’s going to take down the big, gorgeous MMA fighter, even if her heart is betraying her and she’s falling for the sexy jerk. Yep, Nora just might be wrong about this sexy jerk. Kane and Nora are hilarious with their sarcastic bickering. But if these two would take off the boxing gloves long enough, they could see the love that their bickering is masking. Kane is definitely my favorite Kavanagh's brother so far, but there's still Quinn and Jimmy's story. Cocky, bad boy Kane and feisty Nora's romance in Becoming A Legend is a sexy, fun, and a steamy hot must read.
