I have not been in school for over 20 years and am back in school, and this book is part of the first term where I am going to school. This book is very good especially for the non-traditional student that have been away from school and for the student coming right from high school. For me it was a refresher on some things, but there was a lot that I hadnt' thought of when I decided to go back to school. I would recommend this for every student.
