This book does just what the title says! If read and applied to your own life, it can help you become comfortable in you own skin as well. I pray that God continues to bless Tuwana. The Lord has allowed her to be very vulnerable about her past so that her story can help others. Reading through the book has helped me to think about my past and how those things affected me but also why those things happened so that I can be the person that God has called me to be. I believe this a must read book for all people, especially young people who normally struggle with self esteem issues.
