Every recipe I have cooked in this book have been great! The instruction are clear and easy to follow, and mix the flavors of each dish beautifully. The only down side I would say is for most recipes it says Under 30 minutes, but that does not include prep time, which can add on to the time. However this book is well written and I highly recommend it!

I have really enjoyed the cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and don't have many steps. I've made several things out of this book and they have all turned out well. I'm not much of a cook so this has been a really good start for me.

A friend bought me this cookbook for my birthday at the end of July. I've cooked 4 or so recipes out of it so far, and they've all been delicious. The 30 minute estimate is accurate, and everything has been very easy. Also, I like that this is a book I can cook through; it's not one of those in which I find entire sections of recipes that I won't cook. As a teacher, I'm looking forward to using this cookbook throughout the school year when I'm tired, don't have time to spare, and want a hot, satisfying dinner.
