Even hotter than the other books in this series I've read. Started off with a story by one of my favorite writers, Abigail Barnette, about Sophie and Neil...and Sophie giving him the sexiest birthday gift ever by having him watch a video of her getting intimately painted by Gena. Some of my other favorites were A Love Affair All My Own, about a lesbian ballerina coming into her own passion and identity, Bibliophile, where two strangers discover how much books turn them on, The Skin of Someone Else because nobody writes like Charlotte Stein, and Red Satin Ribbons, another birthday story involving a bondage surprise. Some were tender and passionate and some were more down and dirty.

I feel like we get more in this collection. The women are bolder, more fearless in what they want. Gone are the days of the "timid damsel!" Well, no not really; they're still out there just, thankfully, not in this book. And they're really annoying; stop being so afraid and take what you want. There's no holding back in this collection and that 's exactly what made it so great because there's so much more to what can come of it and the options are limitless. This book has left me with just an overall acceptance of go for it. Whatever it might be. Though of course at the end of the day I will still be living vicariously through these characters.

Lot's of short, steamy stories. Quick reads when you've only got a little bit of time.
