I am flabbergasted!! This album is too too great. I stumbled upon The Puppini Sisters by accident this past weekend driving out on Long Island listening to the great WHLI that plays this type of music. With the windows down, you hear some, but not all. While exiting the Expressway, I heard the harmonies, so thought, "Oh, Andrews Sisters." I stopped at the light and realized they were singing Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive". Boing!! I got in touch with the DJ and he pointed me in the right direction. After doing Music Sampler here, it was a must have! It brings back a bit of the past, but something we definitely need in this day and age. Mixing the old songs with newer songs done in the old fashioned way makes a great way to show off the girls' talents. The harmonies are brilliant. I'm sure the Andrews Sisters are smiling down from where they are. The best thing is "you understand all the words". Compared to a lot of the garbage that comes out these days, there is something to be said for absolute quality. This is it. Wunderbar!!

While taking a Jazz class in college I started to get involved more with jazz and the seems strange that I saw this CD and decided to buy it and it was great they make feel like the music of the andrews sisters.

If you're into retro music with a little twist, this is perfect. With perfect harmony and catchy beats, this is a CD that'll make you move and take you back, whether you were really in that era or not. It's awesome!
