"Better Times Ahead" is a true story, an action adventure story. It's about an ordinary guy who finds himself in a series of "Alice in Wonderland" experiences -- events that Indiana Jones might encounter. Michael was kidnapped in East Texas after his plane electrical system failed (which saved him), did a gender switch to avoid international gangsters in Amsterdam, negotiated a child kidnapping case in Syria for a Texas mom, and traveled to strange places from the Great Wall of China to the pyramids of Egypt. Photos included. From African voodoo on a wild oil deal, aggressive girls in Rio, to road trips through Central America and Mexico, time wrap around the world with Michael for a vicarious adventure.
It ends with "Agenda for American Greatness" - how America can win the high tech, space age 21st century.
What if you grew up in a small town but suddenly found yourself being sent to strange lands, witnessing the inner workings of the Fortune 500 and wild orgy parties in places like London and Houston? What if got sent to 30 countries in 5 years then got laid off during an economic downturn with no severance pay? What would you do if you ran out of money in Bangkok, half way across the planet? What would you do if you lost it all, home, car, money?
It happened to Michael, including being kidnapped in East Texas after the plane he was flying had an electrical failure over pine trees and a lake. The electrical failure actually ended up saving him in the end. On a trip for clients to Europe, Michael discovered a fraud that required a "Some Like It's Hot" experience (or risk floating in a Dutch canal). He went to Syria with a Texas mother try to get her 12 year daughter back from her ex-husband who had been taken the girl without her consent. Much more.
"Better Times Ahead April Fool" is a story of reinvention; what it is like to have nothing, then first class travel, then losing it all during an economic disaster. It is a story of succeeding again in a new way. It is a story of the insights and secrets of life that are revealed.
Time wrap around the world. Look into the future. See Michael's strategy for America to win that future, for millions of ordinary, everyday Americans...
Final chapter is "Agenda for American Greatness" - how America can win the high tech, space age, global economy in the 21st century. This is the roadmap to making America No. 1 again.
