Once again, Harvey Mackay gives his readers a concise, no-nonsense approach to a number of problems and opportunities that exist in the workplace. His writing style is direct and thought provoking. All of us in management should own this book, revisit it often, and give it to friends and co-workers.

I read this book at least ten years ago. I can't remember the details, but I do remember enjoying it and buying another Harvey Mackay book.
