I am so pleased with this journal and happy that I ordered it. It has nice large pages and is perfectly formatted to follow the eight week challenge of Big Girls Do It Running. There are tips, encouragement, places to track your progress and keep track of how you are feeling. There are sections for weekly meal planning, a running and 5k log, grocery list pages and new recipes. One of my favorite pages is the "sugar" page. It gives you all the aliases it hides behind so you don't get sabotaged with hidden sugar. This really is a well thought out companion to the challenge and healthy way of living that the author maps out and lives successfully with her family.
