I absolutely love this cookbook! Her recipes never disappoint. One of the best features is that there is a picture of every single recipe in the book. Another amazing thing about this book is its variety of desserts-there is something for every occasion, skill level, and taste. I can not say enough good things about Gemma!

I love this cookbook! Gemma has been one of my favorite Mentors. She is so real. She has been the only teacher, so far, who has given me confidence baking with "yeast." I actually made "Bread" for the first time because Gemma explains things in a way that works no matter your skill level. I adore her methods and her recipes. This is an awesome cookbook. I ordered one for me and one for my niece who is just starting out. Thank you Gemma for your gifted talent and sharing your knowledge anytime we've asked. I'm looking forward to your next one.

This is a beautiful book! Even if you never make a recipe, which I'm sure you will (of course, it is a cookbook), the book is worth having just to look at. The photography is gorgeous. I tried a couple of recipes over the weekend. Both were delicious. Thanks, Gemma!

This cookbook is amazing!! I have been following Gemma on her fb videos for quite a while and was so excited to hear that she had a book coming out! I pre-ordered it immediately and was so happy when I got the call that it was in. I already made one delicious dessert (which was gone in one day) and am planning to make a lot more!! Gemma's instructions are so easy to follow and there is a picture of every dessert!! I also love how it is broken down into different chapters, Pots and Pans, Mixer, No Oven Needed, etc. Everyone, not matter what your skill level is, needs to have this book!!

I've been baking for as long as I can remember, and I have more cookbooks than I have room for, but when I saw that Gemma was coming out with a cookbook, I had to have it. I discovered her videos a few months ago, and I love the way she gives lots of tips and simplifies things rather than making them overly complicated. The book is beautiful, with full page photos of every recipe and the story behind each one. There are recipes for everyone, from children to seasoned bakers. There are many tips on choosing and substituting ingredients and even recipes to make your own extracts, sweetened condensed milk, cake flour, and brown sugar. I know that this book will soon be thoroughly stained with chocolate, butter, and flour as I will be using it a lot!

Gemma is an amazing pastry chef and this book is wonderful! She has recipes I have never seen before and her own twist on classics like chocolate chip cookies, churros, sugar cookies, and more! I really enjoyed the the book has a photo for each recipe and simple ingredients. I have tried the gingersnaps and oatmeal raisin cookies and they were delicious. The recipe is on point when it comes to measurements.The only con for me was that the book is printed in China, but that is more of a con with the publisher and not the author.

The best, the VERY BEST cookbook to come out in years. Easy to follow instructions. Beautiful illustrations. Homemade jelly doughnuts, EASY puff pastry, desserts in a mug in moments (great for cooking for one-that's me). Recipes you search for but never seem able to find-all in one place with common ingredients. The first cookbook I have actually purchased in years and I want the next one already. It is a must have for anybody who cooks-beginner or experienced. Can't seem to say enough good things. Fantastic!

Love this cookbook! I collect cookbooks and of all the books I’ve gotten and read through this one is truly the best! The layout, the photography, and the best part......it’s formatted in a way that even someone who has never baked before can understand and bake with confidence! I highly recommend this book for yourself or a gift. It would serve as a great gift for anyone for any reason! A wedding shower, birthday, Christmas, it would serve a college student perfectly with the easy recipes that could be accomplished in a dorm room! This book is truly for everyone and it will be my new kitchen bible!

Bigger Bolder Baking Cookbook by Gemma Stafford Incredible !!! This cookbook is no ordinary cookbook it is wonderful for cooks of all ages this is the kind of cookbook I consider a staple of all cookbooks because it is so complete how and what you can substitute for this or that. Example I ran out of brown sugar Gemma provides DIY brown sugar recipe using what I had in my kitchen saved me from having to go to the store. Her Caramel recipe is Incredible !!!. She also shares a couple of her microwave mug recipes oh yum why buy it at the store when you have the ingredients right in your cupboard. I don't bake a lot but I wouldn't want to be without this cookbook. Also, these recipes Gemma tested. I went on to youtube.com typed in Bigger Bolder Baking Cookbook when you listen you hear her heart and begin to understand just what went into the making of this cookbook you begin realize how special Gemma is and how special this cookbook is. It would make a wonderful Wedding gift for a Bride to be and Christmas gifts and great for Birthday gifts you have to buy more than one because once you sit down and look through it you won't want to give it up. Gemma's new cookbook is excellent, her personalized recipes are easy to follow with basic baking instructions that are not easily found (DIY extracts, brown sugar, buttermilk, sweetened condensed milk and more). I love the beautiful pictures and simple instructions that a novice can to begin enjoying home cooking without stress! Gemma's website (biggerbolderbaking.com) supports her exceptionally organized book with videos showing how easy baking can be.

I received my Bigger Bolder Baker a week ago. I am a great fan of Gemma's and love all her recipes. I am an avid baker and cook and I have already made many of Gemma's recipes and my family loves them all. This book is well written and easy to understand even if you don't bake. I will be using these recipes for years to come. I hope to be ordering more of Gemma's books in the future. Lynn

I have been following the Bigger Bolder Baking journey from the beginning. I have made many (10+) of Gemma's recipes, and many have been the best of their kind.
