About the Author

Kalpana Sengar, is the youngest recipient of the Women Scientist Fellowship award given by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. She has ten years of research experience to her credit in biotechnology. She has completed her MSc in biotechnology from CCS University and PhD from MJP Roheilkhand University plant biotechnology and is working as a scientist at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture andTechnology. She has published more than 25 papers in reputed national and international journals and presented papers in several international conferences. Her research interests are in, genetic engineering, plant biotechnology agriculture, human nutrition, and plant tissue culture. She has authored several books on biotechnology, agriculture productivity, and biochemistry with reputed international publishers.
