Good story, but way too wordy. I don't need 3 or 4 adjectives to tell me "how dark the night was" The the ending was a little weak as well. After 800 pages, I'd really like to know what happened with Rainne and his family.

The concept for the story is good. However, the story could have easily been told in 100 pages. All the other 600+ pages were filled with unneccessary detail and descriptions that were waay too wordy and distracted from the plot.

Ok story, though writing could REALLY use some editing.

For a free book it wasn't too bad. It kept me interested in learning Raine's background as it slowly revealed itself. The book itself was 267 pages, which was a good length. I can imagine though, that if it had been 800 pages as some reviewers had indicated, it would have been a more excruciating read. The ending was a bit predictable with the good guy victorious, and the bad guys getting their just desserts. That being said the book was in need of a good editor, not so much for the grammatical errors of which there were a few; but for the awkwardly written sentences that showed up with regularity.

First off, very difficult to read in the format its in, narrow passages with 4-5 words per line. Then the story made absolutely no sense. It bounced from one thing to another with no seque way into each. Finally gave up on a disastrous book. Do not recommend this train wreck.

The storyline was very intersting. Not many typos. There was a bit too muxh digressing from the story. The last sentence in this book did not even make sense. Definatly needs an epilogue. Just another long winded account of superman or another tv show. Editing could make this rough draft a thrilling novel.

I was fortunate enough to come across this book by pure chance. I started reading this book thinking that I would spend the next few days battling through a mindboggling read. Fortunately I began the read and before I knew what hit me I was drawn in and had the entire novel finished in 3 hours. I could not believe how intensely I got involved in this novel and I felt and I mean really felt every emotion and sense that Raine felt. Do not pass up this gem hiding in the ruff. Well worth the time and expense.

Interesting but, what's wrong with the format, and the typos. Confusing. Kameez it difficult to read.
