I love this book... the scones come out moist, delicious and very flavorful. Easy to follow instructions. My favorites are the Apricot Swirl and Raisin Scones.
I had this book several years ago and made some of the most delicious scones you have ever tasted from the recipes in this book ( and not that difficult either!) After several moves I have misplaced it and I am planning to get another copy for my cookbook collection!
