As a sequel I love Bittersweet! Kathy Petrakis takes the chance to develop favourite characters from Passion and Pain, although admittedly not always for the best! The reader has new characters Josh, Tyrone and Rosa determined to shake up life at Montacrue. I did spend the whole of Bittersweet waiting for more from Tyrone and being disappointed when his story didn't deliver so I hope he might be a character we meet again in the third book! However, I hope Rosa has been disappeared!! :-) Bittersweet is a much more emotional book, as the story suggests, but I really did enjoy how Kathy Petrakis has allowed us to explore her characters in a different way. I am now looking forward to the events in the final book of the series
