About the Author

After a successful career in a number of Australia's top universities, Anna became a mother of two children. Driven by a passion for alternative health and healing for mothers and babies, she became a certified infant massage instructor in 2013. She is the founder of Hands on Baby infant massage training. Anna is also a certified yoga teacher and focuses on teaching pre and postnatal yoga. Anna loves coloring to wind down after a stressful day, and as a form of meditation.

Corene is a writer, an integrative health coach and hypnotherapist, and the founder of Love Nourish Thrive. After a successful corporate career as a risk consultant in Europe and Asia, Corene decided it was time to pursue her passion for integrative health and psychology. She trained as a clinical hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, and as a Psychology of Eating Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Corene is currently completing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on consciousness, spirituality and integrative health. She also runs the popular blog anxietyfreeproject.com, and uses coloring to relax, meditate and reflect.
