By the time Jessica arrives, three victims have died by that torturous method. Two more deaths follow. The five victims have nothing in common except for a religious phrase inscribed in their tongues. Many people believe that the Second Coming is upon us. Fans of Cornwell and Goldberg (the writer) will definitely want to read Robert W. Walker's BLIND INSTINCT. The strong heroine is a feisty, independent person who relishes falling in love with an unexpected suitor. Though obstinate and brilliant, Jessica is a likable protagonist. The mystery is cleverly handled with the audience aware from almost the onset who is causing problems. This tale will make Mr. Walker a household name as he reaches the bestseller lists.
