Someone is watching the Holloway Pack ... and this time, the female isn't the target.
Life with a group of seven male werewolves worries Jem Stonehouse not one bit. She is engaged to the Alpha's son, Sean Holloway, after all. So, what has Jem's territorial instincts on high alert?
The pack's latest addition. Both of them.
None of the men think there's a problem with the new girlfriends. Jem's intuition tells her otherwise - that and a
nagging suspicion that the new females aren't there to partake.
Jem believes their goal is to take. The question is ... What?
As the eve of the blue moon draws ever closer, Jem's running out of time to find the answer and outwit a thief of the worst possible kind.
A woman who believes she can't lose.

This is another great book in the series. I won this book too in a giveaway, so it was free!! I did run out and buy two of the other books in this series though!!! I will definitely continue to read the series. Jem is a fantastic heroine, and I love learning more about her, her past, and her love. I will always love strong heroines and Jem certainly is one. You easily lose yourself to the world J.A. Belfield creates. The only thing I disliked is the ending and having to wait for more especially with the cliffhanger ending. I recommend to all shifter lovers :)
Blue Moon was absolutely fantastic; so fantastic I finished it in one sitting! J.A. Belfield dives back into the lives of the Holloway pack with fierce emotions and tests on the bonds within the pack. Jem has adjusted to life mated to Sean Holloway and is quite content being the sole female in the family. So when a sneaky woman moves in on Josh, Jem's hackles rise and raise an intense dislike for the woman. While the pack wants her to get along with Marianne, Jem's instincts take over and action ensues with an escalating excitement. The best element of Blue Moon is how passionately Belfield allows Jem to express her feelings. I always felt as though she would fly off the handle and unwittingly hurt someone! In the first novel of the series, Darkness & Light, Jem hesitated to say all that was on her mind or to take action. Now she's more of a force to be reckoned with and my admiration of her character ratcheted up a few more degrees. Jem is a strong and independent character, so the arguments about the pack's overprotective streak with her, just because she's a woman, is a little tiring after a while. It was touched on in Darkness & Light so readers know the drill, I just think there could be something new to pose as a source of tension between the men and Jem. Blue Moon's plot is quick and so intriguing. Bits and pieces of Jem's memory of her binding with Sean forces its way to the forefront of the story. If readers read the novella, Eternal, then the binding ceremony and its importance in Blue Moon is obvious and familiar, but still a clever addition to the plot. When we get down to what's usually the best part of the novel, the conclusion, Belfield surprises again! The action and anxiety of the story winds down to a solemn, yet hopeful ending. It will leave readers in tears or brimming with determination right along with Jem. Either way, every reader will be anticipating the next book in the series, Caged! *eARC won from publisher in exchange for an honest review* Also posted on Lovey Dovey Books
Jem kicks butt in the latest installment from the Holloway Pack. Jem has gotten used to being the only female in her pack of gorgeous, hunky men. A new threat has her grinding her teeth to protect them. No one messes with Sean or her family. Jem will do whatever it takes to save her boys- flirt with danger, disobey her Alpha and even leave the pack. A girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do, and Jem does it all! Ms. Belfield has written another addicting addition to her amazing storyline! I could not put this one down. I can’t wait to read more about this pack of yummy guys!
Crazy Suspense and Romance!!! Genre: Paranormal Romance Publisher Type: Indie, Small Print My Rating: * * * * * My Review: It was super good to get back into the contemporary world of the Holloway Pack! I love the historical novellas that I've ate-up over the past year, but I've been jonesing for the continuation of the Jem/Sean story. And **fan girl squeal** it was everything I could even hope for and more!!! Life, it seems for the Holloway pack has settled into a blissful rhythm..... well, until..... a stranger, Marianne, takes an interest in pack member, Josh. Jem totally freaks in what seems to be a bout of ridiculous jealousy. I just love the "realness" of Jem's behavior. She's responding to emotions of which she's not even sure of the origin. She makes a fool out of herself in the process, but holds onto this gut reaction, knowing somethings amiss despite everyone telling her she's wrong. I love her tenacity and I love her idiot behavior. She may be my long lost twin -- tee hee hee! There is crazy suspense in Blue Moon! I sucked this book down in two days; I just couldn't put it down!!! I found myself holding my breathe as I read. And I REALLY HATED Marianne! That's the sign of a well-written antagonist!!! I wanted to smack the b#@!% witch and cheered when Jem did just that! We really got to know some of the smaller characters of the Holloway Pack world. It was great to see Jess, Jem's sister, take a larger role in this book and the magic that came with her. Is that a romance with Ethan I see brewing? Hmmm..... I'm loving that possibility! then there's a surprise character that I won't tell you about..... it's total awesomesauce though!!!!! And the ending?!? Cliff hanger! Now I've got to wait for book #3, Caged, due out in August!!! Cover Art: I love that this cover is both sexy and elegant! It's beautiful with the monochromatic blue color scheme. Yay for good cover art! I was given a free copy of this book by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
