Bold Freedom is a method that guides you to master how you use your time while you upgrade your physiology simultaneously. Time is the essence of how we find ourselves out of rhythm with our own life. Find the space to heal, have fun days and learn how Yogis remove body aches and pains as they refine with age. Foreword by Amadea Morningstar.
The Bold Freedom method is an elegant fusion of Ayurveda, Time Management and Behavioural Science. It's a guide book to designing a calendar and daily habits that create days you want to show up for, days that take you where you want to be at your own pace. The Bold Freedom method works for individuals, family groups and small business entities.
Bold Freedom is a radical approach to health that looks at where you currently spend your time and energy, asking the question what would you prefer to be doing and knowing that getting there is possible with streamlined steps. In a pragmatic way, Bold Freedom goes as deep as you want, to find the resources, skills and understanding you need to feel happier and healthier. You have the ability to stop going in circles seeking remedies, wasting precious time, energy and money. It begins with you.

About the Author
I'm an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner having trained in Australia for 3 years with master Ashtavaidyan A.N. Narayanan Nambi MD (Ayu) Kerala India, and I'm grateful for the guidance of all my teachers from various fields - with particular thanks to Ray Noronha, Dr Vishnu Pillai and Dr Bosco Paul. I've been to India, speak the language, although a bit rough in spots, and can read and write Devanagri - the same script as Sanskrit. I've benefited from immersion into many Asian cultures and traditions over the years, having lived in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China, and bring kitchen medicine to you from there.
With a caring modern Ayurvedic approach over 10 years I've helped people from as young 2 years of age to 91 years with a broad range of health conditions from acne to Parkinson's disease, and I'm constantly impressed by the human body's ability to heal.
I'm over 50 and have been a Yoga student for over 30 years. I experienced food as medicine and the joys of the kitchen pharmacy living in Asia for 7 years with my young family. Since 2001 I have co-authored a cook book (out of print sorry, we've shared some recipes on our Recipes page for you though ox), held workshops in Ayurvedic Theory, Cooking and Massage, completed extra training in Health & Lifestyle Coaching and Aged Care, consulted and cooked for commercial kitchens and events and established two health clinics in Australia.
Whilst working from rooms in a multi-modality clinic I confirmed my Dharma to support integrity in the lives of others through creating a space for health and growth. I offer you Ayur Botanicals as the way to flourish.
I'm inspired by my Gypsy grandmother from India, and remain grateful to have been introduced to Ayurveda by my best friend and supported by my Yoga teacher Sri Yogendra from the the Yoga Institute Mumbai India - the oldest organized Yoga centre in the world.
