I have been fighting my weight for years. I hate to diet and I hate to exercise. This new approach to exercise is inspirational. I'm now having fun exercising and since I just started...I've lost 3 pounds. I'm an air element.
How fun is that? Now I'm planning to "blow" the pounds off! LOL!

Very fast read with great information on accomplishing your goals and staying motivated. Bonnie's life story is so inspiring. It is never too late to discover yourself and accomplish your goals. This book will help anyone looking for direction or motivation in life or their fitness regimen. Highly recommended!

I thought the book was good and easy to read. The information was very good for finding a exercise you will not only do but will enjoy it and stick to it. And you will learn about yourself in the process. I think you will also find Bonnie's personal story about how excercise changed her life not only interesting but very inspiring.

I just started reading this book but am already intrigued by the amazing life of Bonnie Frankel! I really enjoy the quotes that she includes between points and reading about her life is really interesting. She has had such adversity in her life that she is an inspiration to anyone reading this book. She inspires me to be the best person i can be!!
